Will you deliver on weekends?

When you become a part of our Pet Nerd schedule & save family, we take care to remind you in advance when your pet’s food is running low, helping you avoid last-minute weekend deliveries. However, we understand that sometimes weekends are your only option, and we’ll always strive to accommodate your needs. With a little liason we allow some orders that are on Collection to be Collected from us on the weekends but remember:  communication is key, and we’re highly responsive on WhatsApp, so feel free to reach out with a message. Your convenience is our priority.

What is your returns policy?

For products such as food, treats, over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, and perishable items, we strictly adhere to the manufacturers’ guidelines, and any applicable guarantees are honoured.

In the case of custom-made items like pet beds or bespoke toys, returns can only be accepted if the item is faulty.

Where are you based?

We are situated in the picturesque beachfront town of Cape Town. You can conveniently collect your orders from either Big Bay or Sunningdale, depending on the specified collection time. We look forward to serving you from our coastal location!
